The Tour du Conseil Café-Cacao is conceived as a contemporary public building representing the institutional identity of Côte d’Ivoire within the urban fabric of Abidjan. The project comprises a 25-storey tower rising to 100 metres, accompanied at ground level by a 4,000 m² amphitheatre that defines and separates public areas from office functions. Metal Yapı contributes to the project with façade solutions that integrate architectural expression and engineering performance. The curved glass façade concept, inspired by the organic form of the cocoa fruit and bean, gives the building its distinctive character, while the copper-clad amphitheatre reinforces this material narrative. The tower is served by secure access scenarios and three basement parking levels, and accommodates public spaces, exhibition and museum areas, as well as flexible office floors. Each office level, with an approximate area of 950 m², is designed to allow multiple layout configurations and is served by a set of high-speed elevators. The project’s integrated approach bringing together architectural design, structural core, safety requirements and façade geometry reflects Metal Yapı’s end-to-end façade engineering expertise and its experience in delivering complex geometries.
