Metal Yapı delivered the engineering, fabrication, and installation of the high-performance façade systems for the BNP Paribas Fortis Montagne du Parc Headquarters in Brussels. The scope included the integration of unitized glass curtain wall systems behind a self-supporting precast concrete exoskeleton, ensuring precise coordination between architectural intent, structural constraints, and thermal performance targets.
The façade was developed using full BIM-based workflows, enabling clash-free detailing, tight fabrication tolerances, and optimized installation sequencing. Advanced thermal breaks, high-performance glazing, and airtight detailing were engineered to meet Passive House requirements while supporting the project’s BREEAM Excellent certification.
Metal Yapı’s façade solutions contribute to long-term durability, energy efficiency, and structural clarity, establishing the project as a benchmark for complex envelope engineering in large-scale office developments.
