Metal Yapı, completes the production of 220.000 m² façades yearly with its production team of 220, in an 11.000 m² closed area within the open area of 70.000 m² of Çatalca /İstanbul Plant.
All of the production processes are developed according to a multi project management system, in parallel with lean production concepts.
50 independent projects with a mass of different details are produced at the same time, at high speed and high quality with the highest level of automation and belts for transportation. Every part is bar coded and defined as introduced to production, on production and project maps. Production stages can be observed easily from every computer in the company, whether in the factory admin building or at head office
